Admission Process
Admission to Pre-Primary & Primary classes will be through Observation/Interaction with the child and parents. It is essential that both the parents are present along with the child for interaction with the senior members.
Pre-Primary Admission (Play Group to Sr. K.G.)
- Nursery: Minimum age – 3 years
- Junior K.G.: Minimum age – 4 years
- Senior K.G.: Minimum age – 5 years
- Mandatory Document: Attested copy of the Birth Certificate from a municipal authority
Primary Admission (Class 1 & Class 2)
- Admission is granted to students who have successfully completed the previous class from a recognized school affiliated to an all-India or state board
- Minimum age for Class 1: 6 years as per CBSE guidelines
- Transfer Certificate (TC) and Mark Sheet from the previous school are required
- Medical Certificate indicating vaccination history and any health conditions must be submitted
- Admission is subject to availability of seats and completion of all formalities within the stipulated time
Documents required of the Admission
- 2 Passport-sized Photos (child, mother, father)
- ID and Address Proof of Parents
- Child's Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the previous school head
- Proof of Passing the Qualifying Exam
- Previous School's Report Card, Aadhar Card
CBSE Admission Guidelines (General Conditions)
The student must have:
- Studied in a school recognized by CBSE or any other approved board
- Passed the qualifying examination for the class to which admission is sought
- Met the age criteria as per State/UT norms
- Mandatory Document: Attested copy of the Birth Certificate from a municipal authority
Additional Requirements
- Mobile number and email ID for parent communication
- Source of information (how the parent heard about the school)
- Completion of the Enquiry Form with all mandatory fields
- Aadhaar number of the student and both parents (mandatory for identity verification and record management)
