Pre-Primary

The early years are the most formative stage of a child’s growth. Between ages two to five, children absorb the world around them through observation, play, and exploration. At EKLAVYA SCHOOL PUNE, our Early Childhood Care and Education programme is designed to provide a nurturing environment where children develop language, social skills, creativity, and values.

Through hands-on experiences such as art, craft, music, movement, storytelling, and independent play, children discover the joy of learning and the confidence to express themselves. Field trips and interactive sessions connect classroom learning with the real world, helping them build a wholesome and happy personality.

Pre-Primary Programmes

Admission to Pre-Primary classes will be through Observation/Interaction with the child and parents. It is essential that both the parents are present along with the child for interaction with the senior members.

Nursery Programme

Learning Through Play & Exploration

  • Age 2.5 yrs onwards
  • 3.5 hrs daily
  • 5 days per week

Key Focus Areas:

  • Language development through stories, rhymes, and conversations
  • Number sense through fun activities and games
  • Art, music, movement, and creative play

Jr. KG Programme

Preparing Young Minds for Formal Learning

  • Age 3 yrs onwards
  • 3.5 hrs daily
  • 5 days per week

Key Focus Areas:

  • Phonics-based reading and writing  readiness
  • Early mathematics concepts through hands-on activities
  • Environmental awareness and observation

Sr. KG Programme

Primary

Our primary curriculum is progressive and child-centred, encouraging students to think critically and independently. Learning is integrated across subjects, helping children see connections and apply knowledge meaningfully. Teachers act as facilitators, guiding students through hands-on projects, research activities, and collaborative learning experiences.
